Subprocessors
Introduction
This document lists the third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that Nothon's GmbH uses to operate and support the Cadence Platform.
Each Subprocessor processes Personal Data only to the extent necessary to perform the services described below and is subject to appropriate contractual and data protection obligations.
This document forms part of the Cadence legal framework and is referenced by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Selection of Subprocessors
Before engaging a Subprocessor, Nothon's GmbH evaluates factors including:
- security practices;
- reliability;
- compliance with applicable data protection laws;
- contractual commitments;
- operational suitability.
We seek to engage providers that maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures for the services they perform.
Changes to Subprocessors
We may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors as our services evolve.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law or by our contractual commitments.
The current version of this document will always be published as part of the Cadence legal framework.
